Direct contact limit switch for winches, lifting devices and cranes.

Accepted as emergency limit switch by BIA ( professional association for safety standards at work), acceptance test no. BIA 91119.

 

Design

Die-cast housing of corrosion-protected light metal alloy, surface additionally treated and coated against noxious influences from the atmosphere.

The belt-mouthed inlet of the actuating cable with low-friction surface permits angular movements of the actuating mechanism.

Completely sealed-in electric functional unit.

1 or 2 integrated resistors for cable control.

Special steel cable, tensile strength over 5 kN.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kruger A2B Switch

 

The KRÜGER Anti-two-block switch at the boom tip prevents the hook-block from coming into contact with the boom tip. In operating condition, the Anti-two-block switch contact is closed by the counterweight connected to the Anti-two-block switch by chains. When the hook-block reaches max. allowable position, the contact is opened by the lifting of the counterweight and the circuit is interrupted (failsafe). The Anti-two-block switch features simple, functional and compact design in its universal field of application. It can be installed on the main boom as well as any other attachments and is suitable for right or left hand installation.
