Crane specific pre-programming

The Programmable Switching Amplifier DS 120 displays and monitors precisely analogue data from load sensors as used on cranes such as load pins, tensiometers, compression load cells and many more.

 

The processing of these data can be programmed freely by means of a great variety of available modules. The load data from the crane can be added, subtracted, multiplied and compared to fixed and variable values.

 

Different crane configurations are considered by digital inputs which can activate specific settings inside the DS 120.

 

Finally the data are controlled by comparison with the crane's load maximum levels.

 

In case of any unsafe condition due to over-, under- or eccentric load, sensor fault or any other error, the respective relays will immediately be switched off in order to set the crane to a safe condition again. Special dynamic software-modules will detect snag-conditions and can protect the crane respectively.
