Load Pin

 

The arrangement of load sensors on hoisting equipment to determine the load (for indication of the suspended load on the hook or as overload device) frequently poses due to equipment design.
In general, these problems can only be solved by employing complex accessory fixtures. The successfully field proven load pin S1 offers an alternative solution. These application specific, strain gauge equipped load pins measure the shear forces which are present in the hoisting equipment.
 

All load pins are made of high-grade tensile steel. Since the amplifier is integrated into the pin, measurement deviations due to transmission errors will be suppressed. A current output is offered as an alternative option instead of a voltage output.

 

Light Bar

 

 

 

 

 

 

The lightbar is a color-coded display of relative load moment, which is mounted in the cab above the operator. The operator can glance at the lightbar to monitor operating conditions. The lightbar is available as a compliment to the DS350 LMI.
