The PAT force transducers are designed to measure static and dynamic tensile forces in different applications.
The PAT force transducers consist of a measuring body of heat-treated steel which has virtually no hysteresis, a high overload capacity and fatigue strength. The wire strain gauges and measuring amplifiers with voltage stabilization for the bridge supply voltage are located in an encapsulated housing. The measuring body has the form of an eye shackle at both ends. The tensile forces are applied via these eye shackles by use of sufficiently dimensioned bolts or shackles. The measuring signal is led directly to the measuring value amplifier located in the force transducer. The transducer is protected against temperature fluctuations, humidity and other influences by using high-quality material.
