Magnetic Valves
The KRÜGER magnet valve is an electro magnetic lock out valve developed for use with Load Moment Indicators and Anti-Two-Block devices. The magnet valves disable the crane functions that would increase the Load Moment condition or create an eminent "two-block" condition (contact of the boom tip sheaves and load block). In normal applications the HOIST UP, BOOM DOWN and TELESCOPE OUT functions are disabled. All other crane functions that allow the operator to move the load from the "shut off" condition REMAIN operable. The magnet valves are installed in the crane system control linkage, between the valve bank and the control cable or control rod. They reduce the need to manufacture / purchase new components (hoses and hydraulic fittings) generally required with the installation of hydraulic solenoid valves. Magnet valves are available in both "pull" and "push" configurations to further simplify installation. |

Large Load Display
Available with character heights of 100mm (4") and equipped with bright LEDs KRÜGER Large Numeric Displays are ideal for use wherever the weight of the lifted load must be legible at great distances or in poor lighting conditions.
Large numeric displays operating in conjunction with KRÜGER sensors are either a stand-alone system or a parallel indicator to the PSA3/1 system. Two analogue inputs, a tare feature (alternatively activated by infrared remote control) and a limit switch point are indicative of the versatility of the large numeric display.
The IP65 housing provides protection for use under severe industrial conditions. Visibility of the display up to 40m distance. |
