The KRÜGER Basic Load Indicator measures the weight of each load lifted and offers protection against overloading. The device will be used in load measuring applications for unit load handling with industrial trucks like forklift trucks, heavy duty forklift trucks and telescopic handlers as well as load measuring devices for electrical overhead travelling (EOT) cranes with cabs. A reached load limit will be indicated by an implemented red LED which is flashing at 90% and turns over to a constant light at 100%. Depending on the load measuring application, PAT is able to offer individual load sensors like load pins, tension load cells, tensiometers, compression load cells and hydraulic pressure sensors. This device is distinguished by an optimum price / performance ratio.

The PAT MC 100 weighing system is your reasonably priced entry into the comfortable payload detection for your forklifts. In addition to displaying the weight of each lifted load, the PAT MC 100 calculates the total lifted weight over a determined number of lifts. All data can be stored for later use. With the help of individually stored limit values, your forklift is protected from overloading. Should the currently lifted load reach 90 % of the stored limit value, a pre-warning alarm is activated in the form of a flashing light. The light stops flashing and stays constantly lit, when the limit value is reached.  

 

Alternatively, the PAT MC 100 has static and half dynamic measurement modes. By simply activating the Tare button, the current load display is tared. This makes fast and problem free system adaptation, to different lifting equipment and tools possible.
