Pressure Transducer
|
|
Design and Function
The PAT pressure transducer consists of a strainless, highly heat-treated steel membrane to which the wire strain gauges are applied.
The measuring body is located in an encapsulated cover.
The PAT pressure transducers have a pressure connection with a standardized internal thread.
The pressure occurring causes an expansion by deformation of the membrane which is transformed into an electrical output signal by wire strain gauges in a Wheatstone bridge circuit.
The pressure transducer of the DAVS series have the amplifier mounted directly in the pressure transducer housing.
The high measuring accuracy and the zero point stability over a large temperature range is attained by a temperature compensation

DAVS CAN Multiple-Pressure Transducers with CANopen Interface
The PAT pressure transducers measure high static and dynamic pressure values of liquids or gases in rough operating environments. Measuring precision is maintained even during continuous operation at extremely dynamic pressure.
The CANopen interface makes a simple integration of the pressure transducers into CANopen net-works possible and supports an easy installation of the entire system.

The PAT pressure transducers serve for measuring high gas and fluid pressures under rough operating conditiones. Due to the rugged design, the measuring accuracy is maintained even in continuous operation under strong dynamic loads.
Product benefits high accuracy high overload capacity and endurance limit virtually no hysteresis temperature compensation very rugged design great operating reliability cost effective solution
Applications The PAT pressure transducers are especially suitable for industrial measuring under rough operating conditions even in hazardous areas in hydraulic systems of conveyor and lifting apparatuses or construction and earthmoving machinery, for registration of static and dynamic fluid and gas pressures for control and regulating tasks. |
