The KRÜGER PCD weighing system displays clearly the relevant load data on its LC-Display. It offers various memories to store different material, trucks or customers and is designed to meet rough operating conditions (working temperature from -25 °C to + 70 °C). The double-line LC-Display shows the: - Code number of the actual data memory - Information on the measuring process - Target load - Actual load - Total load Automatic weighing without the need to stop the loading process to take the load information is performed by KRÜGER's DLR (Dynamic Load Recording) technology. Data transfer to an on-board printer is possible by use of the integrated interface. |

The Basic Load Indicator is complemented by the KRÜGER Basic Payload Control System. As well as indicating the weight of the load being lifted this load measuring device also provides information on totalised loads, which can be stored into the memory. Lifting equipment and industrial trucks are also protected against overloading by stored default limit values. If the actual load reaches 90% of the limit value, a red LED starts flashing. At 100% the LED is permanently lit. Optionally, this load measuring device operates according to a static or semi-dynamic measuring principle. The actual load can be tared by pressing the tare button. This load recording system is supplied with a hydraulic pressure sensor as standard. Depending on the required application the Basic Payload Control System can be combined with other KRÜGER load sensors such as load pins, tension load cells, tensiometers or compression load cells. |

TWS directly monitors the load on front- and rear axles on trucks with steel blade suspension. Thus it warns against violation of the load limits permitted by law. Two special sensors, one located at the front-axle, the other one located in the rear, measure the distances between the respective axle and the truck chassis as a reference for the axle loading. The handy display and control console in the driver's cab evaluates the readings and displays the result in tonnes at the push of a button. As soon as one of the axles reaches 90% of its permitted loading the display switches automatically to that axle and triggers a warning signal. The warnings will be amplified as soon as 100% of the permitted load is reached. The left push button is to deactivate the system while the truck is driving. TWS is ideal for trucks with two axles. In case of having a double axle in the rear, the two sensors on the rear axles will be connected in parallel. |
