iFLEX5® Next Generation LMI
The iFLEX5 control systems all feature highly integrated hardware to form an high-performance control systems platform, that is designed completely open through industry-standard interface and engineering software tools. The iFLEX5 Load Moment Indicator (LMI) part puts a full range of precise information right in the cab. It is installed and calibrated to the load chart of each crane--including specific load and geometric limits on boom length, angle, and operating radius. Leading edge technology gives the operator the information necessary to fully utilize the machine's working capacity, while keeping within the safe working limits of the machine. The iFLEX5 is designed to be set up quickly and easily in the field. This is done through the user-friendly, self-guided, interactive setup procedure that is performed entirely through the operator console.
Powerful iFLEX5 hardware platform Graphic interactive user interface Worksite obstacle avoidance with operator-defined "virtual wall" in 3 dimensions CanBus interface for all sensors and subsystems Datalogging of operational and maintenance data Telecommunications module for remote access of data or diagnostics Meets the ANSI B 30.5 standard Secure embedded LMI software and in the same unit an open programming part according the IEC 1131-3 standard. |
